Is IslandTulle free for couples?
Yes, IslandTulle is completely free for couples. You can browse vendors, contact them, save them to your shortlist, and use our wedding planning tools at no cost.
How do I contact a vendor?
When you find a vendor you like, you can use the 'Send Inquiry' button on their profile. This will open a on-platform conversation where you can discuss your wedding details, or you can contact them via their WhatsApp number if listed.
Are the reviews on IslandTulle verified?
We take review integrity seriously. All reviews are moderated and must correspond to a real wedding. While any registered couple can leave a review, we flag and investigate any suspicious or non-genuine activity.
How do I save a vendor for later?
You can 'Shortlist' any vendor by tapping the heart icon on their card or profile. This will save them to your dashboard so you can easily compare your choices later.
For Vendors
How much does it cost to list my wedding business?
We offer a Free tier that allows you to list your business and receive inquiries. For vendors who want to stand out, we offer a Premium subscription via WiPay that includes featured placement, unlimited photos, and more advanced analytics.
How are inquiries delivered?
Inquiries are delivered directly to your IslandTulle Lead Inbox. You will also receive an email notification and a push notification (if enabled) so you can respond to couples as quickly as possible.
Can I manage my own profile?
Absolutely. Once registered, you have access to a full profile editor where you can update your bio, pricing, location, and photo gallery anytime.
What is the WiPay integration for?
We use WiPay to handle all local TTD subscription payments. It allows us to support local cards like Linx safely and securely within Trinidad & Tobago.
