Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IslandTulle platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service—specifically couples and vendors in Trinidad & Tobago.

2. Description of Service

IslandTulle is a two-sided digital marketplace connecting engaged couples with local wedding vendors. We provide a **discovery and connection platform**. IslandTulle is not a booking or transactional platform. All financial transactions for wedding services (except for vendor subscriptions to IslandTulle) are handled directly between the couple and the vendor.

3. For Couples

• You may use IslandTulle for free to discover, shortlist, and contact vendors.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and sending inquiries.
• Reviews must be based on real experiences with vendors. IslandTulle reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our community standards.

4. For Vendors

• Vendors must be legitimate businesses operating within the wedding industry in Trinidad & Tobago (and eventually other Caribbean regions).
• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, including pricing, portfolio images, and contact details.
• Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are billed in TTD via WiPay. Subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
• IslandTulle reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations during the moderation phase to ensure quality and trust for our couples.

5. Messaging and Conduct

All on-platform messages must be professional and related to the services provided. Spam, harassment, or unauthorized use of other users' contact information is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

IslandTulle is a discovery platform and is not liable for any disputes, damages, or service failures occurring between a couple and a vendor. We encourage all parties to sign separate service contracts for their actual wedding bookings.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
